Realme 16 Pro is about to debut, possibly in a series. Leaks are piling up, and we can’t help but suspect the phone’s nearing launch. There’s a new leak on the internet that spills its launch date and key specs, and since most of these details are from a Chinese certification, they are credible as well.

There will be two models in the initial batch. Realme 16 Pro and Pro Plus are two separate models, and they might both launch in one of the neighboring Asian markets. The new leak pegs their launch on January 6th.
This launch date is a possibility, but since the source didn’t give any specifics, we refrain from guaranteeing it. The specs given in the leak make sense, though. Storage options for both devices seem like a safe place to start: Realme 16 Pro has four, and so does the Realme 16 Pro Plus.

It’s curious that both devices have 8/128GB formats. At least the semi-flagship Pro Plus should spare us the measly 128GB storage on the base variant. But it’s still there, and the upgrade won’t be cheap. Anyway, we move on to the colors: there are apparently four options for the Realme's latest flagship.
We’ll see the pricier model in Master Gray, Master Gold, and Camellia Pink, but there’s no telling the color scheme on the standard Pro. There was a TENAA certification where we observed Realme 16 Pro’s renders and specs. The leaker points out that information in his report again.

Realme 16 Pro is built around a 7000mAh battery, apparently. There will be an 80W fast charge support for backup. We may also have a 6.78” OLED screen on its front with possibly 1.5K resolution. The certifier didn’t reveal anything about the refresh rate, though.
Well, the Pro phone has a 50MP selfie camera, in a punch hole, of course. There’s supposed to be a 200MP camera on the back, and the only other sensor besides that is an 8MP Ultrawide. The 16 Pro Plus could bring the third telephoto zoomer. This is all we could find on the Realme 16 Pro series in the leak. We’ll have more updates for you soon. Keep watching the news.
