Realme used to have a Pro Plus variant on every consecutive numbered lineup till the Realme 14 series. We didn’t see a Pro+ option on the current Realme 15 lineup. It turns out, they haven’t entirely discontinued that model. It’s making a comeback as the Realme 16 Pro Plus.

A leak has pointed a finger at the alleged Realme 16 Pro Plus. An insider from one of the Asian countries has reported the phone’s model number, which is RMX5131. The leak was found on X, and it also claimed three colors and four storage options for this handset.
Apparently, the Realme 16 Pro Plus skins are colored as Master Grey, Master Gold, and Camellia Pink. The leak didn’t have a visual aid, though. We have to wait for early render leaks for a preview. And for storage, there seems to be an 8/128GB option, going all the way up to 12/512GB.

The image of this Realme's flagship new model has neither been revealed officially nor unofficially. There’s still a mystery and a little bit of doubt that it may not even exist. The leaker has a solid track record with accurate early predictions, so we are giving this news the benefit of the doubt.
Anyway, we do have confirmation that a standard Realme 16 Pro exists. TENAA just updated its database with the official 16 Pro listing. It had some renders and blueprints to show the phone’s design. Some specs were also documented on their site.

The newcomer Realme 16 Pro is built around a 7000mAh battery. It will recharge via an 80W input. They are going with an Ultrasonic fingerprint reader this time. Then comes the display, which is obviously an OLED with 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate.
The display size is supposed to be 6.78” on the Realme 16 Pro. This newcomer won’t be any thicker than 7.75mm. They plan on giving this phone a pair of 200MP main and 8MP ultrawide lenses. This is all backed by a 2.5GHz octacore chip and Android 16 OS. Hopefully, the Realme 16 Pro+ gets certified soon, and we’ll get to report its specs. Keep watching the news for updates.
