Realme 16 Pro Series to Launch in Pakistan on April 6th with 200MP Camera, 7000mAh Power

They finally revealed the launch date for the Realme 16 Pro series in Pakistan, and it’s not far. The devices will go official on April 6th. That’s two days away. They are slowly teasing each and every feature on the Pro phones. But we don’t really need to wait for an announcement. We already know their entire spec sheets.

Realme has been teasing these phones as the Realme 16 Pro series, yet their Facebook cover image has a vanilla Realme 16. That’s probably being prepped for a later launch. We’ll just stick to the Realme 16 Pro and Pro Max for now. We’ve consolidated a few details below.

Realme 16 Pro+ is obviously the best in this series. Its screen is bigger, and it has sharper corners. That design actually makes it look more premium. We are looking at a 6.8” AMOLED here, 144Hz motion rate at 1800 nits (HBM). The resolution is 1.5K (1280 x 2800p). The body is metal (aluminum alloy).

A faster Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip does give Realme 16 Pro+ an upper hand. That’s a 2.8GHz semi-flagship SoC. And AnTuTu gave it 1.2million points. They wired it to a 7000mAh Si/C battery, and its maximum charging speed is 80W. The phone is somehow just 8.1mm thick, even with that battery size. Not to forget that it’s also IP69K rated. By the way, you can visit the latest Realme phone prices and specs on our website.

One of those cameras on the back has a 200MP OIS sensor. And that’s followed by a 50MP 3.5X (periscope telephoto), and an 8MP ultrawide. They’ve teased six focal lengths for it. There’s a 50MP selfie camera here. You can take 4K 60 FPS clips (front and back).

Realme 16 Pro has a plastic design. It’s a flat 6.78” AMOLED phone. The corners are more rounded. A 144Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution are the same here. The HBM brightness is a bit lower, though, at 1400 nits. The standard 16 Pro is thinner at 7.8mm, even though it has the same battery.

Realme 16 Pro’s battery is also 7000mAh (Si/C) with 80W charging. Realme UI 7 or Android 16 comes by default on both handsets. The duo even shares an IP69K rating, WiFi 6, dual speakers, and the optical fingerprint ID inside their screens. Where they don’t match each other is the camera and performance.

It’s the second fastest performer in this lineup. A Dimensity 7300 Max SoC is inside the Realme 16 Pro. It does not have a pericope zoom camera. They bet that Realme 16 Pro’s 200MP main shooter makes up the difference with digital zoom. There’s also an 8MP ultrawide and a 50MP selfie on the front. All we need now is the pricing. Realme should reveal that on April 6th. Keep watching the news.
