Vivo Y600 is about to launch. That’s the next-best phone after the Y600 Pro, battery-wise. They’ve been teasing the handset in China lately, and one of their posts has already confirmed the launch date and a 10,000mAh battery. The other specs got leaked on China Telecom’s new listing today.

The listing had official renders. The design was already out there, since they’ve been teasing the device non-stop. But Vivo has been hiding most of its specs. V2607A is the exact model number we saw on China Telecom. Experts deduce this is the Vivo Y600, which seems pretty obvious from the design and specs.
This isn’t a new phone at all. Vivo V80 Lite and Vivo S2 FE are almost identical to it. And the specs also match one-to-one, especially the battery. China Telecom green-lit the Vivo Y600 with a 10,000mAh cell, which is actually the exact battery the other two versions used.

The bezels are uniform and balanced on the screen, which is one of its better qualities. This is apparently a 6.83” OLED. 120Hz will be the max refresh rate here at 1.5k resolution and 2000nits HBM. They got three storage options approved in China. We see 6/8GB RAM with 128/256GB storage. For a quick reference to Vivo smartphone prices in Pakistan, visit the Vivo Phones Price list.

The phone’s not about the camera. They’ve put a simple 50MP main unit on the back. And the selfie camera is also a garden-variety 8MP unit. There’s an obvious caveat to putting such a huge battery on a handset. Vivo Y600 has been blown up to an 8.59mm profile (224g).
By the way, we should’ve technically gotten Android 17 by now on a premium Vivo phone like this. But the Vivo Y600 has once again picked up Android 16 as the default OS. And it’s skinned as OriginOS 6. Nothing else was revealed about the certification. The pre-orders open on October 26th, so maybe we’ll get the rest of its details then. Keep watching the news for more updates.
