We’re closing in on the Vivo Y600 Pro’s launch date. The China Telecom listing for this handset was found today. It had a score of internal information about the Y600 Pro. We also came across a few teasers and the expected timeline. The spec sheet is slowly coming together. This is everything we know about the device.
A leaker on X said the launch date could be April 27th, though there are a few reports around claiming the Chinese debut on April 30th. Whatever the case may be, it’s practically guaranteed to head out next week. We’ve already seen a bunch of teasers, and they keep repeating one key specification.
Vivo Y600 Pro will be their first handset to cross a 10K battery threshold. The exact size of this battery pack is actually 10,200mAh, and it’s right up there with Honor Power 2 and Realme P4 Pro. China Telecom listing has verified that the battery will recharge over an 80W input. Here is the latest Vivo rate list in Pakistan, which features a wide range of smartphones catering to different market segments.
We also saw a few display stats on the CT listing. Vivo Y600 Pro, or the model V2561A, is built around a 6.83” screen. It’s a huge AMOLED, and there’s a 1.5K resolution here (2800 x 1260px). A few renders were also seen on the listing. And it looks like a flagship display with very thin bezels.
MT6858T is the chipset onboard the Vivo Y600 Pro. A quick search revealed that this chip is MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300e platform. They are wiring an already power-efficient chip with a 10,200 mAh battery. We are looking at a potential endurance king here.
Anyway, the RAM will go all the way up to 12GB on the Y600 Pro. And the storage hits 512GB. This is likely the extreme variant with a few more RAM/storage assortments at the base level. Of course, everything is run by the new Android 16 Origin OS 6.
