Regulators in Malaysia and the UAE recently certified a Realme device with model number RMX5399. It turns out the phone is actually from an entirely new lineup. A retailer in Vietnam just listed the Realme C01 with most of its specs and price tag. This is everything we know about it so far.

Realme C01 is a global device for sure. It’s not really available for purchase. But the specs showed up early on the retail page with a few renders. Black, Grey, and Orange are the only color options, by the way. These are not the marketing names. We’re just eyeballing the paint jobs.
Anyway, Realme C01 is built around a 6.8” screen. This will be a huge LCD, and there’s probably a notch on the top. The renders try to conceal this with a dark wallpaper, but it’s easy to catch if you zoom in. That’s where they’ll put a 5MP selfie snapper.

The screen itself is an HD+ IPS LCD with 900 nits of brightness (HBM). The refresh rate could be 120Hz. Realme C01 is not the brightest or the sharpest visually, but it gets the job done. Panda Glass would keep it from scratches, though it might crack on direct impact. Stay informed about Realme mobile prices in Pakistan by checking the Realme Price List.

There’s only 4GB of RAM on this build. That capacity is barely cutting it these days. The best you can do is keep two apps open in the background. And its default OS is Android 16 Realme UI 7, so the ROM alone would be guzzling most of C01’s storage. It only has 64GB built-in and 1TB expandable.

Steer clear if you are a shutterbug. Realme C01 is not for you. All it has is a 5MP selfie and an 8MP main camera on the back. That’s pretty much bottom of the barrel, even in the entry segment. No, it’s not a 5G model either.
Realme C01 is actually a 4G LTE device with a Unisoc T7250 SoC at 1.8GHz. That’s a weak chip, only meant for light tasks. The battery life should be decent because it’s listed with a 6500mAh cell (15W charging). There’s an IP64 rating and a side fingerprint reader too on the C01. The price is VND 5,990,000 (~PKR 64,000), which is way too high for a 4/64GB phone with absolutely rudimentary features. You can get the same hardware on a phone like the ZTE Blade A56 for less than half the price.
