Vivo Y600s Pro just got unveiled in China. The specs put this phone in the mid-tier. The charging is pretty fast, and the battery is massive, probably the biggest we’ve seen from Vivo. And yes, it does have an AMOLED screen, like any other halfway decent midranger. This is everything you need to know.

Your eyes don’t deceive you. The specs here are no different than the original Vivo Y600 Pro. It even has the same design. We can’t help but suspect the Vivo Y600s Pro is just a rebranded model. Not exactly sure why they would release the same phone twice with different labels.
Anyway, buyers would want this phone for the battery. It has the biggest one from Vivo. A 10,200mAh cell is strapped inside the Y600s Pro, which refills over a 90W wired input. And of course, you have fast wired reverse charging, so it also doubles as your power bank.

The screen quality is another win for the Vivo Y600s Pro. We are growing tired of seeing lousy 720p LCDs on Vivo phones, so this is a nice change of pace for once. This newcomer is built around a 6.83” AMOLED that has a 120Hz refresh rate. It even has an HDR rating and 1.5K resolution.

The chip inside the Vivo Y600s Pro is an aging platform, but it’s not out of commission just yet. They’ve used a Dimensity 7300e SoC on the handset. The phone itself has 8GB of RAM. There’s either 256GB or 512GB of storage. The default OS is Android 16.

They put their own custom Origin OS 6 skin on Android. The phone’s not exactly known for its camera, but a 50MP main shooter is there when you need it. It also has a 32MP selfie camera on the front, and both sides have EIS for video stability.
This newcomer has an IP69 rating, so waterboarding the Y600s Pro doesn’t cause any damage. There are two speakers on the chassis, like any other midranger. And the screen has a fingerprint reader onboard. The base price for this Vivo Y600s Pro in China is CNY 2,699 (~PKR 111,000).
