Samsung Galaxy A32 5G Pinged with Latest April Patch 2023; Updates Security and Fixes Bugs

The Samsung Galaxy A32 5G from has started receiving the latest security update for April 2023. Starting in South Korea (the home country), the update will likely become available in other regions worldwide in the coming days. Here’s an in-depth overview of the new OTA. 


Samsung has released firmware version A326KKSS4DWC5 as the latest software update for the Galaxy A32 5G, currently available for download in South Korea. The same firmware will span to the devices in the remaining global markets, including Pakistan.

The new update brings the April 2023 security patch that addresses over 60 newborn security vulnerabilities adjacent to some new and old Galaxy A phones. Additionally, users will find general bug fixes and stability improvements after upgrading their phones.


For Samsung's new 5G model users in Pakistan, you will soon receive an alert to update the phone. If not, you can manually navigate to Settings » Software update and tap Download and Install. Your device should take care of the rest.


The user experience on A32 5G is optimal enough, though the new update will improve it. Samsung debuted Galaxy A32 5G in 2021 with One UI 3 software running on it by default. The smartphone received the Android 12 update in early 2022, followed by the One UI 5.0 update based on Android 13 later in the year. 

It doesn’t end there; the company surprised its user base once again when Galaxy A32 5G received an update to One UI 5.1, which includes a host of new software features. The phone hasn’t yet reached its four-year mark for OS support. It will surely keep the update cycle going for a long duration ahead.
