Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and Note 20 Go on Pre-Order in Pakistan with 8GB RAM & No 5G: Specs, Pricing & Availability

Samsung introduced the Galaxy Note 20 series at the Galaxy Unpacked 2020 event, following which the duo has gone on pre-sale in Pakistan. The company also confirmed the pricing and availability details. Both Pakistani variants are LTE-only with 8GB of RAM, and with every Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra purchase, The brand is also throwing in the brand new Galaxy buds Live.


The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra featuring the new signature Galaxy look — Mystic bronze with its satin finish on a polished back. It’s protected by the toughest Corning Gorilla Glass yet and also comes in two more muted, neutral tones: Mystic Black and Mystic White.

As is typical of Samsung’s releases, the ‘Ultra’ edition offers you the largest display you’ll find in Samsung’s portfolio. You’re looking at a giant 6.9” screen, punched in the middle and a slightly smaller 6.7” screen with the standard Note 20. The edges of the former wrap around the frame, while the latter has a traditional flat display.


Not only is the screen bigger than ever, but the refresh rate on the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has also been doubled to 120Hz, while the brightness reaches 1500 nits to deliver smooth UI motion and true-to-life color reproduction. The simple note 20 however still comes with a 60Hz refresh rate and much lower brightness.


The iconic S-pen now works on incredibly low latency on both the note 20 devices for a more realistic pen experience, and the handwritten notes are seamlessly integrated with your PC — thanks to Samsung’s new-forged partnership with Microsoft.


S20 Ultra’s 108MP main camera returns, new and improved. On Samsung Note 20 Ultra it’s combined with a 12MP telephoto lens, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, and a laser AF sensor. Nestled inside the more compact island of the Note 20 are a 12MP wide-angle camera, a 12MP ultra-wide module, and a 64MP telephoto sensor.


Samsung is advertising the new Galaxy Note 20 series as a ‘PC in your pocket’, perfect for resource-heavy productivity and gaming. Powered by Exynos 990 and a 4,500 mAh battery (4,300 for the standard model) with 25W fast charging and Fast Wireless Charging 2, the Pakistani variants use up to 8GB of RAM.

Samsung Note 20 starts from Rs. 179,999 in Pakistan, while the Note 20 Ultra edition will set you back Rs. 219,999 but if you pre-order now, you'll get the Galaxy buds live free with every purchase of the Ultra edition. Shipping and availability in the local market begins August 28.
