All the 5S is an iPhone 5 with more speed, a
slightly better camera and a completely pointless
fingerprint scanner... So you don't need to hold it
to know exactly what you getting, But the S4 has
a huge and truly amazing screen, plenty power
and pretty much every feature you can currently
fit into a phone.
So yeah the iPhone is very good at doing certain
things but the S4 is very good at everything and
is almost as smooth as the iPhone is.
Specs DO MATTER, if you are talking about a
same environment, lets say android, one is using
a dual core processor, the other one an octa core,
the clear winner is the octa. But if a dual core
running an optimized environment, Im sure it can
even beat 2xtrue octa core with crappy
environment :p

Ios is light and best iphone 5 processor is 1.3 ghz which is faster than galaxy s4 quad core its my own experiance i tried to load a game on both devices at same time and iphone 5 wins the price thats why apple dont need to use battery sucker quad core processors

The a7 chip is 1.7GHz dual core! It has iOS. Which is much lighter then android so it doesn't need a quad core 2.3GHz or 3-4GB ram to run smoothly it has 1333MB ram up from 1026 and the iPhone 5 was pretty fast! So think again how fast will be the 5S in benchmarks it has the best results!
