Many eyes await the biannual Galaxy Unpacked event to witness the new technological marvels the Korean tech giant offers. Per the tipster, Evan Blass’ recent tweet, this year’s second Galaxy Unpacked event will be held on August 10, 2022, on Wednesday.
Jon Prosser previously quoted the same event date in his tweet. The highlights of this event will definitely be the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 and the Z Flip4. The event’s name, ‘Unfold Your World,’ is also inspired by these foldable phones. The press invite shared by Evan Blass features a semi-folded Galaxy Z Flip 4.
We have seen various leaked renders and images of both these foldable. It seems like this year’s design language stays identical for the most part as compared to the previous generation.
According to some reports, the Galaxy Watch 5 lineup will also make an appearance comprising the vanilla Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro. The Watch 5 will come in 40 and 44mm sizes, while the Pro variant will flaunt a 46mm body. Sadly, as expected by many fans, the round rotating bezel will not make it in these new watches.
The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro will also join the event. No word on the Samsung mobile price tags yet. As for the show stars, the Z Fold 4 is expected to embrace Beige, Green, and Phantom Black paint jobs. While the Flip 4 will allegedly arrive in Pink Gold, Blue, Graphite, and the fresh Bora purple finishes.
All these devices and many more announcements await the world at the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event. The devices will be up for pre-order on August 10, and the users will receive their physical devices on August 26.
