Oppo Find X5 series, the follow-up to last year's Find X3, is currently in the works. So far, a few piecemeal leaks have given us the first previews of the upcoming addition to the Oppo price catalog. But the details regarding the Find X5 specs and features were a mystery until now. New reports coming out of China leak the phone's entire specification sheet.

The OPPO Find X5 rocks the previous-gen E5 AMOLED LTPO screen from Samsung. It's a 6.78" 10-bit panel that delivers a crisp 2K (QHD+) resolution at a dynamically-adjusted 120Hz refresh rate. Expect a hole-punch display to house the front camera.

Inside the Find X5, the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 powers everything. It's the maker's latest and greatest flagship chip, built on a 4nm TSMC node. The performance and efficiency benchmarks are comparable to Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (reportedly powering the Find X5 Pro.)

It's all rounded off by up to 12GB of LPDDR5 memory and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. In addition, the battery size has been upped to 5000 mAh. Plus, the Find X5 supports ultra-fast 80W wired and 50W wireless charging.

Oppo has mildly refreshed the design from last year too. The camera plate is still carved out from the casing, but it resembles an oblong square now. There's a subtle grainy texture on the backplate too. It comes in at least one lavender finish.

We're looking at a triple-camera system of 50MP OIS-assisted wide-angle, 50MP freeform ultra-wide, and 2x OIS telephoto lenses. Lastly, the selfie camera has a 32MP Sony sensor behind it. Oppo Find X5 and Oppo Find X5 Pro will drop in the first quarter of 2022.
