The newly-introduced Oppo F17 Pro is coming to Pakistan on October 12. OPPO will be going live on Facebook and YouTube at 8 PM for the game-show-themed launch event. The F17 Pro is the sleekest design from Oppo this season. Plus, it's built with a focus on portrait photography. Let's take a look.

With a build, only 7.48 mm thick and a weight of 164g, the successor to the Oppo F15 series aka the F17 pro has a featherweight footprint. It's slim, light, and has beveled edges for a comfortable grip. We’re looking at a ‘Shiny Matte’ finish on the back, presenting a duotone design available in Magin Blue and Matte Black.

The rear panel is clean save for a quad-camera nestled inside a squircle housing. The cameras are arranged in a matrix fashion with a lengthened LED flash next to the bump.

In addition to the four cameras on Oppo F17 Pro, you get a dual selfie setup on the front for a total of six AI portrait lenses. The main camera is a 48MP f/1.7 sensor that works with an 8MP wide-angle camera and a pair of 2MP mono sensors. For selfies, we have a 16MP primary and a 2MP depth configuration. F17 Pro’s optics are powered by Oppo’s image processing featuring AI Super Night Portrait, AI Night Flare Portrait, Color Portrait, 108MP software-generation high-res shots, AI Clear Portrait, and more. Both front and rear cameras support EIS (or ‘Ultra Steady Video’ as Oppo likes to call it).

The Oppo F17 Pro has a 6.43” SuperAMOLED display with lightweight bezels, a dual-hole punch, and an embedded in-display fingerprint scanner -- producing a standard FHD+ resolution and a 90.7% screen-to-body ratio. Owing to the slim profile of the phone, it has a lower-end 4000 mAh battery.

But Oppo promises all-day battery life out of a single charge on F17 pro. Not to mention the 30W VOOC fast charging for faster recharging times. To further optimize power usage, there’s also an AI Night Charging and a Super Power Saving mode onboard the ColorOS 7.2 (based on Android10).
