OnePlus 9 just launched in Pakistan via their official partner United Mobile and Oneplus Nord CE 5G will follow soon. The base edition of the latest flagship series features top-shelf silicon, next-gen fast charging, and high-end cameras co-engineered with the Hasselblad. Here are the features and pricing details.

OnePlus cameras have traditionally fallen short of their best-in-class promise, so the brand designed the OnePlus 9 camera with the industry-leading premium optics firm Hasselblad. It offers natural color reproduction, picture-perfect Nightscape imaging, and a ‘Pro’ mode that allows for complete creative control over the camera system.

The camera cluster contains three units: a 48MP f/1.8 wide lens, a 50MP Sony-made ultrawide camera, and a low-resolution monochrome sensor. The wide-angle IMX766 sensor takes in more light and removes almost all distortion by using a Freeform lens that corrects light before it hits the sensor. OnePlus 9 shoots video in hyper-clear 8K but without OIS.

The New OnePlus mobile phone hardware is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 — the top-end, ultra-powerful chip built on a 5nm process. It’s combined with up to 12GB of next-gen LPDDR5 memory and 256GB of blazing-fast UFS 3.1 storage. OnePlus 9 responds at maximum fps and cuts on latency on its fluid 120Hz OLED screen.

Warp Charge 65T, the most sophisticated solution from OnePlus, charges the OnePlus 9. It delivers a full top-up to the onboard 4500 mAh battery in just 29 minutes. The flagship also supports Wireless Qi charging over 15W.

This internal hardware lives inside a sleek, elegant body, available in three colors — Winter Mist, Astral Black, and Arctic Sky. The frame has smooth beveled edges, a classic alert slider, Dolby Atmos dual stereo speakers, and noise cancellation for the mics.

Flip the OnePlus 9 over to find a flat display with a hole punched through its corner. It’s a 1080P 6.55” panel, toughened with Gorilla Glass. The latest build of OxygenOS based on Android11 runs on the OnePlus 9, out of the box. The 12GB + 256GB variant is online exclusive and currently available on united mobile's website at ₨. 134,999 while the 8GB + 128GB variant may not make it to Pakistan.
