Yet another leak has surfaced on the iPhone 18 series, and this one shared some odd color options for the iPhone 18 Pro. The leak came from China, apparently, and it was later reported by MacRumors, which is usually considered a credible source for Apple-related news. So this leak might actually pan out.

The source of this news is Instant Digital, and their leak on Weibo seems to have exposed a Coffee, Purple, and Burgundy color trim for the standard iPhone 18 Pro. An image also went viral beside it for a preview. This is an early depiction of what the phone may look like with those colors.
These are aggressive colors for sure, and it’s pretty hard to believe they might actually come out in a speculative launch next year in September. No Black or White color has been shown here, so there's no guarantee that those options actually exist. Of course, it could be just a hoax.

Apple has never had a Coffee color before, but on the other hand, Purple has been seen over generations, going all the way back to iPhone XR. Burgundy is another color they have never tried before, but it might be a bolder replacement for the current Cosmic Orange on Apple's latest iPhone model.
As always, we don’t advise taking this leak at face value, since the images are easily manipulated these days. For an early portrayal of the colors, someone has adjusted the original hues on the iPhone 17 Pro images and put them on the internet. These shots are more or less fake.

We’ll have to wait a long time before any legitimate claim can be made about iPhone 18 Pro’s colors. Admittedly, these are slightly odd but exciting prospects. We are definitely ready to see Apple move away from those boring unsaturated colors.
By the way, Apple is also planning some internal upgrades for this 18 series, and we hear basic iPhones are grabbing 12GB of high-speed LPDDR5X RAM this time. This change was rumored with the iPhone 17, but sadly, it never happened. Let’s hope Apple bumps the RAM on the basic iPhone 18 next year.
