Simple thumb rule is that when mobile box is opened then its price dropped to 25%/30%. So, it doesn't make sense if some one ask Rs. 20000 for opened box mobile. So, Samsung Galaxy Grand prime with open box must not be more than RS 16000. So, don't pay more.
