One of the Xiaomi 18 siblings has shown up on the Chinese SRRC network certification, and it’s more proof that they are working on the series right now. Digital Chat Station was the one who originally saw the SRRC file. He also gave up the model code for that Xiaomi 18 phone.
M154FF is the model number they’ve used to reference the newcomer on the SRRC certification, though we can’t be sure if it’s the base model or the Pro. All we can do right now is guess, and it almost seems like the device could be the Xiaomi 18 Pro (per the reports).
This is a network certification. So it basically spilled the tea on the antenna bands on the handset. N79 5G band is being used here. They’ve listed all the frequencies in the file that are supported. It would seem the newcomer also supports Ultra-Wideband or UWB 5G technology.
Because the phone has UWB, it makes sense that the phone is being rumored as the Pro model and not the vanilla. They didn’t put any other fact on the certification that has to do with the spec sheet, but Digital Chat Station has been on Xiaomi new 18 mobile trail for a while.
DCS has come up with some preliminary specs about the Pro, and he predicts a big battery on it in the 7000mAh range. And there’s possibly a 100W wireless charger here, which is a first for this series, and possibly the coolest part about its power stats.
Dual Speakers are pretty obvious, but DCS says the vibration motor will be bigger. The screen’s going to be interesting this year, because they intend to use the same kind of hardware privacy filter on it that the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra uses.
We already know that the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 has moved down to a smaller 2nm fabrication node to keep up with the Exynos 2600. Apple’s doing the same thing, by the way. Xiaomi 18 Pro is supposed to grab that new Snapdragon silicon. Keep watching the news for more updates.
