A new Vivo Y32 went official this month, and it has been retailing in global markets for a few weeks. It’s the rehashed version of the original Y32 from 2021. They want to unveil the newcomer in Pakistan soon. This is everything you need to know about the handset.
It’s happening soon. Vivo Y32 will enter our market next week. The new rehashed version is a 4G LTE device once more. It’s been 5 years since the early model, so they’ve made plenty of upgrades. The battery is larger, and the phone comes with a new look.
The biggest upgrade in the new Y32 would be the 8000mAh battery. That kind of number on a budget phone back in 2021 was a pipe dream. But now it’s a reality. This 8000mAh cell should last two days on a single charge for most. The battery is wired to a 44W charging kit, by the way.

The 2026 Vivo new Y mobile has Origin OS 6 and Android 16 to boot. The original version had Android 11. The OS runs on a Unisoc T7300. It isn’t exactly a huge upgrade over the existing model’s Snapdragon 680. They are both 6nm chips. The new chip does unlock better UFS 2.2 storage and LPDDR4X RAM.

The screen is still using 720p HD+ resolution and an IPS panel. The size is a little bigger at 6.87”, and its refresh rate is upgraded to 120Hz (from 60Hz). Its peak brightness is now 1300 nits. We’ve seen AMOLEDs with that kind of brightness, but rarely an LCD. And they’ve gotten rid of the V notch.

The screen has a punch hole with an 8MP selfie camera in it. We either have 128GB storage or 256GB. The RAM will be locked to 6GB on both Y32 versions. The main rear camera did get an upgrade to 50MP. The phone’s build quality is infinitely better.
Vivo Y32 went from no durability to the best durability rating there is. This version has an IP69 waterproof and dustproof chassis. It even has the best drop-safety rating from SGS (5 stars). The price hasn’t been disclosed yet, by the way. They’ll soon tease the device and share more details. Keep watching the news for updates.
