Samsung Galaxy S25 Series May Improve Battery Life Using AI, Instead of Boosting Capacity

AI does a lot more than you think if you implement it right. Samsung has plans to put that theory to the test with next year's Galaxy trio. Leaks claim that we will see Galaxy S25 phones use AI to optimize battery life in the future. They will employ software magic and AI learning to shatter previous screen time records.

Let us clear the air first by saying AI battery optimization isn't new. Samsung has already put a feature like that inside the S24 lineup. Owners might have noticed an AI Power Saving mode that keeps or kills background tasks by learning usage patterns. But there is a new approach underway.

Galaxy S25 Ultra will push the battery run time to its absolute limits. It will be able to squeeze 5% to 10% longer screen time with this new rumored AI system. Know how the current system limits CPU speed to gain some overhead for the battery. That won't be the case next time!

The AI method will selectively eliminate background tasks on the Samsung 5G new smartphone. Some background apps are constantly eating resources even though they don't have any use. They will be AI's target once it learns what the user prefers to keep in their recent activity. It has potential, especially for low-battery capacity Z folds.

AI features are slowly becoming a thing for Samsung phones. There are many options inside the current Galaxy S lineup using learning/generative technology. The company is only trying to adapt to the competition since more and more brands are gunning for AI. Improved Battery life with AI seems to be their next move to upstage others.
