Samsung’s financial results for Q2 2025 are out, and with its official report, the company has also spilled the tea on its upcoming projects. We found details on Galaxy S25 FE’s launch timeline, and from the looks of it, the phone might be unveiled sooner than you think.
Last year’s Galaxy S24 FE came out in October, but the timeline has been moved up for its successor. VP of Samsung’s Mobile Experience division said in the conference call that the company will try to maintain S25 series sales with seasonal promotions and launch the S25 FE earlier this year.
Daniel Araujo, the Vice President, didn’t mention the exact date, but an earlier launch could mean the S25 FE unveiling in late August or early September. Samsung has a pretty packed schedule this year with a lot of products on the way. And that could be the reason why they are quickly releasing the S25 FE.
The conference call also revealed Samsung’s plans to launch a Tri-Fold device in the second half of 2025. Android Authority found some animations hidden in the One UI 8 firmware that explained how this Tri-fold device will function. Those images were the first clue into the company’s triple-folding phone.
It’s now beyond a shadow of a doubt that Samsung’s tri-fold will be revealed within this year. There are some other products to be debuted in 2025 as well including Samsung latest FE mobile. Project Moohan XR has been long-awaited by fans, and it’s also supposed to come out within the next five months.
Samsung has two entry-tier A series devices on the way. As always, they will also be revealed within the third and fourth quarters of 2025. And let’s not forget the Galaxy Tab 11 series, which is due for launch, as confirmed by Samsung itself, and reported by folks over at Android Authority.
As for the Galaxy S25 FE, the phone was exposed by Geekbench with an Exynos 2400 chip on the platform's AI and GPU benchmarks. It will upgrade the battery to 4700mAh and bring a better selfie camera with a 12MP sensor. Samsung will start teasing the device and possibly reveal the exact launch date soon, so stay tuned for more updates.
