Realme C31 belongs to the next generation of budget phones from the Oppo sub-brand. The new Realme C21 sibling has yet to officially drop, but Realme collected product certifications all over the world. And the rumor mill has now given us our first look at the upcoming C-series device.

The Twitter phone leaker @_snoopytech_ published two seemingly official press images featuring the Realme C31. We’re looking at a redesigned camera rectangle that contains three lenses, an LED flash, and an AI sticker camera. The main shooter has a 13MP sensor behind it.

The sunburst finish on the shell (apparently crafted from plastic) comes in black and violet colorways. It’s more or less identical to the still-recent Realme C35, except for the rear-firing speaker. Turn the Realme C31 over to find a notched display with heavy bezels. The side power button doubles as a fingerprint scanner.

And everything runs on a powerful 5000 mAh battery on the Realme budget new model without any rapid charging support. You get 3GB and 4GB memory options for multitasking. Plus, 32GB and 64GB of expandable internal storage.

But the default OS is the old-gen Android 11 x realme UI. Rumor has it that the Realme C31 is slated for its official release in the coming days.
