Realme’s newest sub-flagship for this year, the Realme 7 series hasn't been thoroughly leaked but the manufacturer’s promotional campaign does give us a sneak preview at the device. The teaser highlights the Indian release date to be the 3rd of September, implying that launch in Pakistan is also not so far-fetched after all.

The very first look at the Realme 7 Pro with its standard sibling and their next-gen 65W SuperDART was accompanied by the launch calendar earlier today. Realme is unveiling the duo in India on September 3, 12:00 PM PKT. The poster also features a front mockup of the phone — with thin, narrow bezels and a hole-punch design.

The headline for the new Realme series is ‘Redefining 7astest’ — ‘fastest’ stylized with a numeral —  and while the fast charging isn’t as radical as the 125W technology the rumor mill has been predicting, the 65W onboard is still pushes the limits of what a not-so-premium price can get you. It’s more than double the 30W VOOC 4.0 that Realme 6 offered.

Other details surrounding the Realme 7 series remain uncorroborated but in an interview, Realme’s CEO Madhav Sheth notes that fans want an in-display fingerprint solution instead of the side-facing units — which have become somewhat of a motif for Realme.

Since the upcoming flagships already have such drastic upgrades in tow, it won’t be far-fetched to expect an under-the-display scanner. All in all The series is expected to be a great new addition to the Oppo price list.

The processor remains an unknown but a leak from last week points to four to eight GB of memory and 128GB storage for the standard Realme 7. Six to eight GB and 128GB ROM array for the ‘Pro’ edition. It comes in Mist Blue and Mist White, while the base edition has a Mirror Blue and Mirror Silver palette.
