Realme 7i Might Be Coming to Pakistan Soon; The Realme 7 Pro Gets a Vegan Leather Edition

The most pocket-friendly edition of the new Realme 7 series, the Realme 7i, might soon be headed to Pakistan. The smartphone brand hasn’t made it official yet, but the 7i just landed in India, and given the brand’s typical release calendar, it’s next stop should be Pakistan. The brand also unveiled a faux leather special edition (or as Oppo likes to call it ‘Vegan Leather’) for the Realme 7 Pro.

The highlight of this otherwise yet another generic entry-level phone would be its fluid 90Hz refresh rate. Realme 7i’s screen expands 6.5” across, delivering an HD+ resolution and reaching a 90% screen-to-body ratio.

There’s a hole-punch cutout in the screen’s corner to house the front camera. The back plate has four cameras arranged inside a raised camera bump, next to a standard fingerprint scanner. It has a duo-tone matte and glossy finish to it, painted in Fusion Green or Fusion Blue.

Realme 7i’s main camera is high-res 64MP — another feature you typically won’t find in this price bracket. It’s joined by an 8MP 119° wide-angle camera, and a 2MP B&W and macro duo. The in-display selfie camera uses a 16MP sensor. On the software end, the camera app has the Super NightScape Mode, EIS, bokeh shots, and AI-powered scene recognition.

Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 662 from earlier this year powers the Realme 7i, promising a leap in performance over other entry-level chipsets. It runs on a big 5000 mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging and wired reverse charging. The multi-tasking is handled by 4/8GB of memory and your data goes on 128GB/64GB of expandable storage. WhatMobile expects the phone to start from Rs. 34,999.

With the Realme 7 Pro, Realme is taking a page out of its parent company’s book, following the popularity the ‘Vegan Leather’ option the Oppo Find X2 Pro saw.

The special edition Realme 7 Pro has the ‘Sun Kissed’ leather design, presenting a duo-tone orange and off-white look. It’s soft to touch and has a grainy texture to it for a more ergonomic grip.
