The value-friendly smartphone brand Infinix is soon coming out with a new line of Zero phones — the Infinix Zero X series. Among other editions, the lineup features the Zero X Pro. Its product images and specifications were recently leaked.

Folks over at XDADevelopers were the first to publish a press image showcasing the Infinix Zero X Pro. As seen in the preview, the Zero X Pro has a squared-off shell. It’s finished in a glittery purple color (called Stellar Purple.) Plus, three lenses and an LED flash are housed inside its accented camera hump. One of these cameras seems to be a periscope-telephoto type.

On the opposite side, the display is flat with slim bezels and an O-hole cutout. This design is heavily inspired by the Vivo V-series. If it were not for the Infinix branding, you couldn’t be faulted for mistaking the Zero X Pro for a current-gen Vivo phone.

The YouTube channel TechArena24 gives us the spec sheet for the Infinix Zero X Pro. MediaTek Helio G96 is at the heart of the phone, powered by XOS 7.6 (built on Android11.) You get 8GB of memory and 128GB of internal storage, possibly expandable at an affordable Infinix mobile price.

The screen is a 6.7” SuperAMOLED panel that delivers a Full HD resolution and refreshes at a smooth 120Hz rate. XDADevelopers also specify a fast-charging 5000 mAh battery. Its build includes a USB-C port, a 3.5mm audio jack, and dual stereo speakers.

Speculation puts its expected launch in either September or October. The Zero X Pro will debut alongside the standard Zero X, presumably in either Asia or Africa.
