Infinix GT 30 is headed to the global market next. The phone was unveiled back on August 11, and so far, it has only been seen in a single country. The company has allegedly decided to unlock the gaming phone for other regions starting September 11.
The newcomer was dropped in India first. It has been almost a month since we last covered this Infinix GT 30. GSMArena, the fellow spec hub/publication, learned from its internal source that the phone might debut globally within the next week. And yes, the international version will have the same specs as the original.
According to the info shared by the publication, the phone has been certified for high frame rates in 10 famous gaming titles, PUBG being among them, with 90 FPS support. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, although not a heavy game to run, will also rock high FPS gameplay on this phone.
Only three colors showed up in the first round, but apparently, there are more. The company may have decided to add a Shadow Ash color on top of the existing Blade White, Cyber Blue, and Pulse Green finishes. The boxed camera layout still scores a 64MP main + 8MP Ultrawide lens combo. Its selfie shooter is 13MP. Through these upgrades, the official Infinix phone price will currently be under scrutiny by many buyers.
The phone is built around a high refresh rate 144Hz AMOLED for smooth visuals. It’s a round-cornered 6.78” 1.5K resolution panel with up to 4500 nits peak HDR brightness, and Gorilla Glass 7i to keep it safe from scratches. The GT 30 is rated IP64, which provides minor water protection.
A Dimensity 7400 SoC runs the show here. You have 8GB RAM and a Mali-G615 MP2 GPU integrated on the chip, which clocks at around 1.3GHz. The phone can get pretty hot while gaming, so it uses a 6-layer 3D vapor cooling chamber to prevent thermal throttling.
Following up on earlier performance and excellent value the Infinix GT 20 already provides, the GT 30 appears to be eager to push the series even further. There’s a 5500mAh battery within, rechargeable with a 45W adapter. Infinix GT 30 boots to an Android 15 (XOS 15) system right off the bat, and the company has promised 2 years of OS support for it. We suspect the official launch details will soon be revealed, so keep watching the news for updates.
