Fresh off its debut in Malaysia, the Infinix GT 30 Pro is now making waves in another regional market. With a striking design, shoulder triggers, and an upper mid-range chip under the hood, this gaming-first phone is easily Infinix’s boldest move yet.

Infinix has gone all out with the GT 30 Pro’s design this year. The Cyber Mecha 2.0 build gives it a completely new look. It’s metallic in appearance and has some RGB lights to complement it. The phone is featured in Blade White, Shadow Ash, and Dark Flare finishes.

This is also the first phone from Infinix that has shoulder triggers. It’s a true gaming phone, not just by design but also the functionality. The capacitive L1/R1 triggers both lie on the right side, and users can remap them according to their liking. Each trigger has low latency and long press combos for select games.

There’s a Dimensity 8350 Ultimate chip at its core. The Infinix GT new model has either 8 GB or 12 GB of the industry’s fastest LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage. But the Immortalis Mali-G615 MP6 GPU is the real reason why you are buying this device. It will play any game at a stable 60 FPS or more.

Smooth gameplay also needs a high refresh rate, and the GT 30 Pro has the fastest 6.78” 144Hz gaming AMOLED display. It’s sharp at a 1.5K resolution and brings a phenomenal 1600nits peak brightness. It even has Corning Gorilla Glass 7i to protect the screen from scratches and fall damage.

The selfie camera on this device is 13MP. The rear cameras have 108 MP primary and 8 MP ultrawide sensors. You’ll find the fingerprint right on top of the display. It carries Android 15 with Infinix custom XOS 15 skin for gamers. This system has DeepSeek R1 integration for all the latest features bundled in the Infinix AI suite.

There’s a 5500mAh battery inside this phone, rechargeable with 45W wired and 30W wireless input. It’s a notable upgrade over the Infinix GT 20 Pro, particularly in terms of battery size, wireless charging, and IP rating. The phone is rated IP64 for minor water and high dust resistance. The Infinix GT 30 Pro starts at around $291 (~PKR 82,000) for 8/256GB memory. This trim with 12/256GB memory costs roughly $314 (~PKR 89,000).
