Infinix’s social media pages have just confirmed the official arrival of the Infinix GT 30 Pro in Pakistan. Reservations for this gaming phone have just begun. The first 100 units to be shipped will be the exclusive Infinix GT 30 Pro Esports Edition variants. Here’s everything you need to know about this newcomer.

We had already predicted the Infinix GT 30 Pro to hit the Pakistani market in November. As suspected, only the Pro variant has come out. But we assume the basic GT 30 is in the queue and could hit the market in a not-so-distant future. The Pro obviously has the beefier price tag and better chipset.

MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate chip runs the system here. The GT 30 Pro brings 12GB of the industry’s fastest LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage. Its integrated Immortalis Mali-G615 MP6 GPU should be able to play any game at a stable 60 frames or above without any trouble. PUBG and other similar titles hit 120FPS, claims Infinix.

The design screams “gaming phone.” It uses RGB strips on the back, scattered in an Octagon pattern. They call it a Cyber Mech 2.0 design. There are matte and glossy textures all over the body. We have at least three color options for the Infinix GT new model: Blade White, Shadow Ash, and Dark Flare finishes.

We are getting shoulder triggers L1 and R1 with this phone, which, by the way, are the first to land on an Infinix GT device. They are low-latency 520Hz capacitive buttons and have multiple functions besides just the ordinary game controls. You can trigger the camera or control media playback with them.

The best part about the Infinix GT 30 Pro, besides the chip, is its 6.78” 144Hz gaming AMOLED display, which hits 1.5K resolution. It pushes the brightness to 1600nits. We have a Corning Gorilla Glass 7i here. The selfie camera is 13MP. There’s a fingerprint ID right on top of the display.

The power pack on this device is 5500mAh. GT 30 Pro wirelessly recharges at 30W. The wired input is capped at 45W. The cameras are plain and simple 108 MP (Main) and 8 MP (ultrawide) sensors. Infinix GT 30 Pro’s official price in Pakistan is Rs 130,000.
