Xiaomi Poco F7 is just days away from launch. The company has already confirmed that the F7 will debut on June 24th. There will be a live event on Mi.com to make it official. Teasers have been rolling out on Poco’s socials for a few days now. The latest one reveals a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip inside this device.

Poco’s recent tweet on X will tell you that the phone scores around 2.08 million points on AnTuTu, which says a lot about Poco F7’s performance. There’s a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip running at its core, responsible for such impressive results. It has an all-big-core architecture and nearly the same power as a Snapdragon 8 Elite.

The teaser revealed limited information, but a foreign online retailer had some more details to add on the subject. As it turns out, the device scores more than what Poco has been claiming on X. The retailer tested this device and got over 2.1 million points on AnTuTu (v10.4.9).

There’s no way to confirm these results yet, but the user reviews should be more telling once the device goes official. The online retailer also verifies that the Poco F7 has up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 ROM. Its turbo RAM feature will get your memory up to 24GB by using a chunk of your built-in storage. The Xiaomi smartphone price is expected to remain competitive, making it an attractive option in its segment.

A chipset like the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 requires a proper cooling solution for stable performance. The Poco F7 has a 6000 mm2 3D IceLoop System to vent the heat and an AI temperature control system built into its software. It should be able to handle intensive gaming without dropping frames.

Poco also revealed the phone’s battery size and charging speed in one of the previous teasers. It’s going to score a 7550mAh cell, one of the biggest we’ve seen on a flagship phone. There’s no wireless charging here, but it can refill the battery using a 90W wired input.

Most of its specs remain hidden for now, but rest assured, all the hardware details should come out within a week. Its predecessor, the Poco F6, already set a strong benchmark in performance and value, so expectations from the Poco F7 are running high. This newcomer is going official on June 24th in one of the neighboring markets, so stay tuned for a full review as the Poco F7 hits the spotlight on Tuesday.
