Xiaomi Poco F7 Geekbench Listing Confirms 12GB RAM & Snapdragon 8s Gen 4

The Xiaomi Poco F7 series is still missing one piece: the baseline Poco F7. We saw the Pro variant debut with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. The pricier F7 Ultra brought a faster Snapdragon 8 Elite. Today, we’ve found a Geekbench listing that confirms what processor is mounted inside the vanilla Poco F7.

As suspected, the phone is carrying the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip. The Geekbench scorecard for the Xiaomi device “25053PC47G,” which is believed to be the future flagship-killer Poco F7, spilled some interesting details. The newcomer’s performance scores, RAM, Android version, and SoC details have all been exposed in one fell swoop.

Poco F7 has been tested on the latest Geekbench 6.4.0 version, and it yields some mouth-watering results. The single-core test produced 1937 points, and the multi-core performance was just as significant with 6021 points. These are nearly flagship-grade results, and we have Qualcomm’s SD 8s Gen 4 chip to thank for it.

This chip in Xiaomi's Poco new model comes with a single prime core that boosts at 3.21 GHz. It’s been upgraded from SD 8s Gen 3’s 3.0GHz speed, which translates to a noticeable climb in benchmark results. It even packs an improved Adreno 825 GPU, which has been rebranded to match its counterparts in the “8” series chips.

The Poco F7 will also bring 12GB of RAM, as far as this specific benchmark result is concerned. The scorecard showed an Android 15 system on this device, which means you will find Xiaomi’s custom Hyper OS 2.0 on the F7. Sadly, Geekbench 6.4.0 had nothing else to reveal about this device.

Other presumed details about this device include a behemoth 7550mAh battery on this model and up to 90W charging. The specs we’ve found so far, coincidental or not, pretty much align with the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro from China. That leads us to believe the Poco F7 might just be the same Redmi phone with a different label.

Redmi Turbo 4 Pro has the same 8s Gen 4 chip, 12GB RAM. and Android 15 system. This device also has up to 1TB storage and a 6.83” massive 120Hz AMOLED screen with 12-bit colors. You can expect the same features on the Poco F7 as well if it’s indeed a rebranded device. We’ll continue to monitor the web for more leaks and reports on the Xiaomi Poco F7. Stay tuned if you don’t want to miss out.
