Samsung Galaxy A72 5G Appears in Detailed, High-Quality Product Renders; Design and Price Leaked

Samsung's Galaxy A71 has been one of its best-selling models this year. And they are refreshing it soon. Steve Hemmerstoffer, better known as @OnLeaks, just published renders and specifications for the upcoming Galaxy A72 5G.

Voice, the blog that recently gave us the product mockups of the Galaxy A52 5G, reports that the Samsung Galaxy A72 5G is coming in early 2021.

The product mockups show a recycled design - - oversized, boxy camera plate sticking out the back (roughly by 2mm) and a centered hole-punch display on the front. The build is still plastic and aluminum. Even the Prism Crush finish is unchanged.

Three lenses are stacked on top of each other inside the camera island, and a fourth one flanks this trio. Each lens has an accent ring around it, a feature that has quickly become part of Samsung new model 2020. The primary Galaxy A72 camera features a 64MP sensor, as per the phone leaker.

The screen dimensions of the Samsung Galaxy A72 are inherited too. We're looking at a 6.7" OLED panel with a hole poked in its center. Oddly enough, the bezels seem thicker compared to A71’s in these renders. But whether or not Samsung's finalized design has them remains to be seen. The 3.5mm headphone jack is still onboard. Not to mention the in-display fingerprint scanner.

No details on the internal hardware are available at the time of this writing, but Steve puts the expected price of the Galaxy A72 5G around $599 (~Rs. 95,999).
