An exciting piece of news comes your way as Samsung, the tech giant known for its innovative devices, begins R&D-ing something special for their budget-conscious users. After delighting the world with its Galaxy AX4 lineup, they are now prepping a new entry-level phone dubbed the Samsung Galaxy A05


Recently spotted on the Wi-Fi Alliance website, the Galaxy A05, identified by its catchy serial SM-A055F-DS, has just received the coveted Wi-Fi Alliance certification. Fans get excited because the document spills the beans on some key details. 

The upcoming Galaxy A05 will flaunt the moniker we've all been anticipating. The phone rocks Android 13 as its trusty operating system and marks the latest connectivity features, supporting dual 2.4GHz, and 5GHz Wi-Fi bands for seamless internet access at every turn.


Although there isn't a wealth of additional information available just yet, let's take a quick peek at its predecessor, the Galaxy A04, to get a taste of what to expect from Samsung's budget latest mobile.


Boasting a 6.5-inch display with an enchanting Infinity-V notch and HD+ resolution, the Galaxy A04 promises to deliver a delightful visual experience. On the front, it's got a 5MP selfie camera, while the back houses a dynamic dual-camera setup featuring a 50MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor, accompanied by an LED flash. 

Under the hood, the Galaxy A04 comes with the Android 12 OS, sprinkled with Samsung's signature One UI Core 4.1, all powered by a reliable MediaTek Helio P35 octa-core processor. With 4 GB of RAM, it bears either 64 GB or 128 GB of storage space, expandable through a convenient microSD card. In addition, the phone has a 5000mAh battery.
