Samsung is making strides again by updating its budget-friendly Galaxy A series. The Samsung Galaxy A05 and A05s have recently cleared SIRIM certification, hinting at an imminent launch in Malaysia and possibly other global markets. Identified by model numbers SM-A055F/DS and SM-A057F/DS, these devices are inching closer to hitting the shelves.

While the SIRIM certification doesn't provide detailed specs, previous reports offer some insights. The Galaxy A05 will likely feature MediaTek’s Helio G85 processor, a reliable 4G chipset. Embedded with 4GB of RAM and an octa-core processor, the phone aims to deliver smooth performance.

As for the display, it sports a 720 x 1600p HD+ screen. It's adequate but not extraordinary. The device will run on the latest Android 13 operating system, enriched by Samsung's OneUI custom software. Interestingly, the firmware offered this time is a full-fledged OneUI, not the Core version.

The FCC listing for the Samsung latest 4G mobile discloses more robust features, including support for dual 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi, Bluetooth 5.3, and a 4000mAh SLC-51 battery. What sets it apart is its fast charging capability at 25W, a feature that's sure to attract potential buyers.

As we approach the official launch date, further details about the Galaxy A05 and A05s will soon become available. What we know so far has positioned these smartphones as competent players in the budget category.

Their anticipated specs, graced with Samsung's reputation for quality, should make these devices worth considering for those looking for affordable yet reliable smartphone options. The Galaxy A05 and A05s are gearing up for their market debut, and the recent certifications are solid steps towards that direction.
