Since the F19 is already out in Pakistan, Oppo is cutting the prices of its predecessor series, the Oppo F17. The first to go for a discount is the F17 Pro, Oppo’s self-claimed sleekest and lightest smartphone of 2020. It features six cameras designed for portrait photography, fast charging, and a crisp, bright display.

The OPPO F17 Pro launched at Rs. 51,999 but the price was slashed by Rs. 4000 in March this year. Until recently, the phone had been retailing for Rs. 47,999, but it’s now available for only Rs. 44,999. So you can save up to Rs. 3000 on this mid-range Oppo.

At 7.48mm of depth and a weight of only 164g, the F17 Pro has an unusual featherweight body. Its shell is rounded across the edges and corners, finished in Matte Black and Magic Blue colors. We find a speaker grille, a USB-C port, a mic, and a 3.5mm audio jack on the bottom.

It’s a duo-tone design, featuring a quad-camera cluster on the back and a pill-shaped cutout for the two cameras on the front. F17 Pro’s camera app lets you shoot in the super night, night flare, color splash, and dual-lens bokeh modes.

The rear camera cluster of Oppo New Model 2021 is built on a 48MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and two 2MP mono sensors. Oppo F17 Pro takes selfies with a 16MP lens, joined by a 2MP front-facing depth camera.

The dual selfie array lives inside a 6.43” OLED screen with a Full HD resolution, 90.67% screen-to-body ratio, and 800 nits of peak brightness. There’s also an instant in-display fingerprint scanner embedded underneath this panel.

It’s all powered by the old-gen MediaTek Helio P95 and a 4015 mAh battery. The battery can be fully charged in just 53 minutes, thanks to the accompanying 30W VOOC charge technology. A single charge lasts 10 hours of uninterrupted use. Oppo F17 Pro uses 8GB of memory and 128GB of storage, expandable via its microSD card slot.
