The noise and cheers for the upcoming Galaxy S25 Edge are only going to get louder from this point onwards. Samsung is about to reveal the device, and the marketing material it intends to use has already been leaked, thanks to Android Headlines. We found some juicy details about the S25 Edge from the publication.

The teaser for the launch event titled “Beyond Slim” was found in the Android Headline’s leak well before the official date. They even shared an image of what’s inside the box. Buyers will find a Galaxy S25 Edge device, a Type C to C cable, likely custom-made for this ultra-thin phone, and a SIM ejector.

The SIM ejector is a good sign. Contradictory to some earlier rumors, the Edge does have a physical SIM, and it won’t solely rely on eSIM. Other details were also brought to light by the news publisher. The promo leak gave away its thin design, measured at 5.8mm.

That chassis seems to be Titanium-made with color options: Titanium Icyblue, Titanium Silver, and Titanium Jet Black. They are all light-shade designs with muted tones, and the only one that stands out is the Icy Blue option. Needless to say, it follows the legacy of the original Galaxy S25 trio.

There are two cameras on the back of the new Samsung flagship mobile, and according to the promo images, we have a 200MP Main shooter that can do up to 2X zoom without losing picture quality. Then, we have a 12 MP ultrawide to add some variety to your still shots and videos.

We’ll also find a 12 MP selfie camera on the top side, lying beneath the punch hole. The S25 Edge is slim yet durable and keeps the water at bay with a build that’s rated IP68. The front panel seems to be a 6.7” AMOLED at 120Hz. Those promo images do not get into the specifics, but we can confirm there’s a Snapdragon 8 Elite inside this phone.

It seems to be the very same overclocked 8 Elite SoC that the other Samsung Galaxy S25 siblings use. 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB UFS 4.0 are starter options for Galaxy S25 Edge. Rumors say that the battery will be 3900mAh, which is a bit concerning.

Another leak gave away some accessories that Samsung has made especially for the Galaxy S25 Edge. The leather-style pouch and a silicon case will be available as add-ons after the launch. There are only a few hours left till the official debut on May 13th, Korean time. We’ll know the rest of the details after the live event wraps up, so stay tuned.
