Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Leaks in Full Glory; Specs & Pricing Revealed Ahead of Launch

Usama Rasool

Moments ago, @evleaks (AKA Evan Blass) added a new post on X confirming the launch date for Galaxy S25 Edge. The post was immediately taken down via a copyright strike from Samsung, which put the final nail in the coffin. This device, with absolutely no doubt, will go official on May 13th. Here’s what we’ve learned about it so far.

Hours after the Evleaks post, WinFuture added a report about this device to its German publication, where the full specs, final renders, and the expected price tag were revealed. If the details are legit, the S25 Edge is likely to cost €1249 in Germany with 256GB of storage and €1369 with 512GB. The price will be in the ballpark for the rest of the European regions.

These are the only two storage options for the device. Price-wise, it’s been positioned right between the Galaxy S25 Plus and S25 Ultra. Of course, the phone’s claim to fame will be its ultra-thin frame, which is apparently built out of titanium alloy with only 5.84mm thickness.

As the WinFuture would have you know, the Samsung's latest Edge model has a 6.7” AMOLED screen. It could use a 1440p or 2K resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate and the industry’s most premium ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. There will be a Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 on the front side and a Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the back.

The middle frame is built out of Titanium, as we suspected. The leaked details also include a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip for Galaxy S25 Edge and up to 12 GB paired with it. There were some camera details in the report, which we also found surprising.

As you can tell by the phone’s design, there are only two cameras on the rear side: one of them is a 200 MP Main unit with OIS stabilization and a 12 MP Ultrawide with f/2.2 aperture. Galaxy S25 Edge’s selfie camera could also be 12 MP with the very same f/2.2 lens.

Everything comes together with a One UI 7 x Android 15 system. All these specs indicate that the S25 Edge is a flagship device, but it will sacrifice the battery capacity and the telephoto camera to achieve 5.84mm thickness. For the rest of the details, we might need to wait till the phone’s online launch on May 13th, so stay tuned.
