S5 comes with Kitkat with changed Touchwiz, so 2 GB Ram for Galaxy S5 is enough.... (Kitkat needs 512 MB Ram minimum, While Jellybean 4.3 needs above 1 GB Ram... According to Google)

ram the same as S4, processor quad core, display size big but pixel in an inch 432 less than S4....:D
Biggest disappointment of the year have come with the features we already has in the s4 except that two sensor.
What the whole design team doing the whole year is digging hole at the back of it :@
