Forking means, Taking Android, removing google services, google playstore and adding microsoft services, OVI store and integrating with windows store apps.
Any apps developed for Nokia's android will also run in WP phones and any apps developed for Windows can be used in Nokia's android.
So, its like Microkia's Android
Forget Google and Playstore...
512RAM and 1ghz Processor will be sufficient as as it will be manufactured by Nokia not the Qmobile etc....
