ProMotion for iPhone
Next, the display on the new iPhone 14 Pro is simply stunning. Smooth 120Hz displays have been an essential feature in flagship Androids for years, but Apple seems to have taken its sweet time for the technology to mature. The iPhone 14 Pro rocks a super bright 120Hz ProMotion screen for a smoother, lifelike UI/UX experience. It can dynamically drop all the way down to 1Hz, depending on the content you’re viewing.
Always On Display
The LTPO AMOLED panel behind the iPhone 14 Pro screen is a low-powered solution that supports the Always-On-Display (AOD) at a higher new iPhone price point. Once enabled, it shows a clock and notifications without waking the phone as soon as you pick it up.
New Cameras
The iPhone 14 Pro is also the first to use a high-res sensor for its cameras. The primary lens has a large 48MP sensor behind it that bins to 12MP shots. With better resolution, the iPhone 14 Pro can pack more details and pixels into an image than ever.
Apple promises better performance in low and dim light conditions too. Plus, the camera app has an Action Mode offering advanced gimbal-like stabilization.
Longer Battery Life
Then there’s the new A16 Bionic chip inside the iPhone 14 Pro. It’s thin silicon, designed to deliver max efficiency. Coupled with the new low-powered display, the chip provides true all-day battery life. You can get up to 23 hours of video playback on a single charge.
