The first-ever teaser for the Vivo V80 Lite 5G has just appeared in Pakistan. Our country is among the first places where this device will debut. A post was made on Vivo’s social media, where they confirmed it’s coming soon without any specific date. A press release has also gone out, where Vivo laid out a few of its key specs.

Vivo V80 Lite has a curved design, and that’s the whole theme of their teasers. “Slay the Edge” is the official slogan here. There’s a partial view of the design in the images, but the design is way too exaggerated. That’s not how the real device will look, especially not the bezels.
But these teasers get the message across. The phone is all about design. Again, Vivo V80 Lite doesn’t reveal much in the teaser images except that it’s coming soon, but we do see most of the key specs in the press release file. Skyline (horizontal) camera design is a helpful clue. By the way, stay informed about the latest Vivo price list, specifications, and features in Pakistan for 2026.

We’ve been saying all along that Vivo V80 Lite 5G is actually just a rebadged Vivo S2, so the specs and design will match. The press release actually confirmed our hunch on this. This newcomer is built around a 1.5K AMOLED with edge curvature, and the S2 happens to have the same screen at 6.83” 120Hz.
We also learned that Vivo V80 Lite is supposed to carry a Dimensity 7360 Turbo chip (4nm). This platform has aged like fine wine, and Vivo is sure that it can still handle 3 OS updates and 5 years of security patches down the wire on Vivo V80 Lite.

Apparently, the phone will maintain an out-of-the-box system smoothness for 50 months. In fact, it’s certified for it. The battery is just as big as the S2. They’ve put a 7050mAh (typical) cell on the Vivo V80 Lite, which could last a full day. At least that’s what the press release said.
Another clue that it’s actually a Vivo S2. We have a 50MP Sony main camera on the V80 Lite (rumored Sony IMX852). And there’s also a 32MP front sensor you can put to work for video calls and selfies, same as the S2. They’ll reveal the rest of its specs and launch, and the same goes for the price tag.
