Tecno’s sub-entry-level phones are either from the Spark Go lineup or the Pop series. We hear the company might be developing the Tecno Spark Go 3, and a report from PassionateGeekz has laid out most of the phone’s specifications. Tecno Pop 20 4G is an alternative name for this device in some global markets.

The leaker from India has claimed that this device is supposed to be released under the Spark branding in their market, but the rest of the world might address it as Tecno Pop 20 4G. Either way it goes, these are the key specs it’s been reported to feature.

The screen is your garden-variety 6.75” LCD. There’s a punch hole cutout on it, so it won’t look outdated on the front, at least. You might have to compromise on the resolution, though. It’s just an HD+ 720p quality screen.

Spark Go 3 or Pop 20 4G may have 120Hz, but it’s probably bottlenecked by the weak Unisoc T7250 chip. The software is only as good as the SoC it’s built around, so expect occasional dips in the frame rate. The OS is supposedly a full version of Android 15. You can view the full list of devices by consulting the official Tecno price catalog.

They won’t skimp on the RAM. The leaker estimates 8 Gigs of actual RAM on the new Spark/Pop models. These phones might let us pick 64GB or 128GB storage options, both of which are more than acceptable for this segment.

The cameras are serviceable, but we wouldn’t call them ideal. The Spark Go 3 4G will only have a 13MP Main shooter. The screen’s punch hole is where the second camera lies. We are talking about an 8MP selfie camera that would mount on the front side and might even have Face Unlock.

The battery size is average. It has a 5000mAh capacity, good enough for a full-day backup. The rated charging for this cell is 15W, which will be sluggish. The leaker advised that the Tecno Spark Go 3 4G will hit the international market in January. The price tag will be close to $90 (~PKR 25,000).
