The Spark 8C is the latest entry-level sibling of the Tecno Spark 8 Pro. The new Sparkling phone offers good value for an ultra-affordable price. And it is coming to Pakistan next week.
Official media pages have now revealed that the Tecno Spark 8C is slated for launch on the 23rd of March. It comes in 4GB+128GB and 3GB+64GB memory variants. The baseline model starts from anywhere between PKR 19,499 and PKR 22,999.
The engine inside the Spark 8C is an unnamed octa-core chip hooked up to a 5000 mAh battery. Tecno promises 89 days of standby, 14 hours of web surfing, and 23 hours of video playback out of a single charge. But no rapid charging support is available. Android 11 Go Edition (designed for low-end hardware) powers the phone. Plus, the virtual RAM extension makes multitasking better.
For the design, the upcoming addition to the Tecno price list has a colossal camera plate stretching over halfway across the width of the phone. It contains an instant thumbprint scanner, a 13MP f/1.8 camera, and an LED flash. The shell has a pinstripe texture, and Tecno’s branding is stamped on it. You can pick from cyan, white, purple, and graphite colors.
Turn the Tecno Spark 8C over to find a notched display. It’s a 6.6” IPS LCD that peaks at 720P resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The notch contains an 8MP front camera.
