Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5

An apparent official image of the awaited Galaxy Z Fold 5 has surfaced online today. In all likeliness, it's a marketing image of the device intended for promotions pre-launch. With the official launch a mere month away, the emergence of such substantial leaks is no surprise.

The image shared by MySmartPrice unveils a design that closely aligns with the previously leaked renders. Noteworthy design enhancements include refined edges, a sleeker camera bulge, and a seemingly innovative hinge design contributing to a thinner profile and a minimized gap between the panels.

Further adding to the excitement, the image also showcases the inclusion of an S Pen, affirming its compatibility with the device. As for the Fold’s specifications, the expected features include SD 8 Gen 2 Chipset, a 7.6-inch folding display, and a 6.2-inch cover display. The package likely mounts a 4,400mAh cell backed by 45W charging.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5

Shortly after the leaked promo image of the Fold, MySmartPrice shared a tantalizing glimpse of the Samsung clamshell dubbed Galaxy Z Flip 5. The image showcases the flip’s expansive cover screen, trimmed in the shape of the classic folder icon, with rumors suggesting its size at 3.4 inches diagonally.

According to a previous leak, the outer screen will likely boast a resolution of 720 x 748 pixels (60Hz), and it will seamlessly integrate optimized Google apps such as Maps, Messages, and YouTube for a refined user experience.

Set to feature the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, the latest Z Flip will likely accommodate 8GB RAM and a choice of 128GB or 256GB storage options, followed by a stunning 6.7-inch main screen with FHD+ resolution and an impressive 120Hz refresh rate. Samsung has officially confirmed its plans to unveil the Z Flip 5 and Z Fold 5 at the next Unpacked event in Seoul, South Korea, due July 26.
