Reports from South Korea all agree that the Galaxy S26 lineup will arrive in February. The next Galaxy Unpacked might be held by the end of next month on the 25th. That same idea has been proposed by another leaker on X who claims the earlier rumors from the company’s hometown are 100% correct.

IceUniverse was one of the original sources to report a February 25th launch schedule for the Galaxy S26 series. The event is supposed to happen in San Francisco, USA. The post was actually meant to clarify the false narrative that Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Flip 8 are bumping the price.
The leaker gave up the Samsung new flagship model launch date as a side note, but Evan Blass retweeted IceUniverse’s post and said that the 25th February launch is 100% accurate, and you can take that claim to the bank.

You should also take note that the Galaxy S26 series is delayed by almost a month compared to the S25 lineup. It may have happened because of the last-minute change in plans. They had originally thought to skip S26+ and introduce the S26 Edge as the official third member.
That was just a notion. The company has decided to keep the S26 Plus, though this last-minute call caused a lag in production. Of course, Samsung is silent on the whole matter. You’ll be the first to know if we have any other updates on the launch schedule.

Besides the delayed launch, there’s more bad news if you were looking forward to this series. All three phones are expected to come with a price hike in some global markets. The report didn’t specify which countries are the target. We won’t know until the very end if Pakistan’s one of them.
There was a report on said price hike that the Galaxy S26 could cost $30 to $60 more than the Galaxy S25. This won’t happen in countries like the US, but Asian and European markets are always susceptible to such changes. That’s also something we are keeping a close eye on. Keep watching the news for updates.
