Samsung Galaxy S21 FE Leaked in Official-looking Promo; Offered in Four Exciting Colors

Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has been leaked in a string of prototype-based product mockups, approximating the design and colors it’ll be available in. And just as we enter the third quarter of 2021, the first official renders have surfaced online. They showcase the front and back of the upcoming Fan Edition, aside from confirming the already leaked colorways.

Courtesy of Android Headlines, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE promo features four different shades of the phone — mint, gray, white, and violet. The new palette is short of one color this year. Unlike the S20 FE, the S21 FE won’t come in black. The design is borrowed directly from the standard Galaxy S21 but with a few tweaks.

For starters, the whole shell is painted in a uniform, even tone. The wrap-around camera island blends into the backplate. Plus, it doesn’t stick out as much as it does on other Galaxy S21 models. Samsung will once again use polycarbonate material for the build, reserving the glass sandwich aesthetic for only the S21 Ultra. The screen is flat with a reduced bezel and narrow hole punch. It’s reportedly a 6.5” OLED panel that refreshes at a fluid rate of 120Hz.

The S21 FE more or less shares its internal specifications with the standard S21 but goes for a cheaper price tag. The value offered in the Samsung new model phone for 2021 places the S21 Fan Edition in the so-called flagship killer category.

From previous leaks, we know that the S21 FE features Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 (the most efficient and powerful Android chip around.) It works with 8GB of memory and 128GB of storage, so performance should not dip. The camera system is not trimmed down either. We’re looking at a triple camera array made of 12MP wide, 12MP ultrawide, and 64MP telephoto lenses.
