Samsung Galaxy S21 FE User Manual Leaks: No Mention of the microSD Slot or the Charger In the Box

We’re only a week away from the official launch of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S21 FE. The new Fan Edition has already been featured in one leak after another. But the rumor mill hasn’t closed out on S21 FE just yet. The last round of leaks gives us the user manual for the Galaxy S21 FE.

For starters, the Samsung Galaxy S21's Fan Edition once again lacks a 3.5mm audio jack. And while the last-gen S20 FE debuted with a dedicated slot for storage expansion, the S21 FE leaves out this feature.

Speaking of lopping off specs, the upcoming Galaxy S21 FE will be shipped without a charging brick in the box. The trend started with the Galaxy S21 series, and the Fan Edition is following up on it. So unless the customer already owns a 25W charger, it will have to be purchased as an add-on.

The previews of the Galaxy S21 FE in the manual verify the many, many leaked renders that preceded this leak. We’re looking at a flat O-hole display featuring an on-screen fingerprint scanner (ultrasonic variety) and minimal bezels. The shell of Samsung's new model phone 2021 has an iconic camera design that melts into the phone’s frame. Three lenses are housed inside this island.

Samsung has secured an IP68 rating against dust and water for the device. The S21 FE also offers a smooth refresh rate, Dolby Atmos surround sound, wireless charging, reverse wireless charging, and Samsung Dex support. It comes in matte black, mint, white, and lavender shades. The Snapdragon 888 powers the phone, paired with 6GB/8GB of memory and 128GB/256GB of internal storage.
