The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE was set to debut at this month’s Galaxy Unpacked event, but the launch has been pushed off. Among other delays, Samsung is still securing product certificates for the upcoming Fan Edition. The S21 FE was most recently spotted on the Google Play Console website.

The Google Play Console documentation for the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G features the system specs and a front preview of the device. According to Google, the S21 FE has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 at its heart (that powers the entire S21 series.)

Rumors also point to an Exynos 2100 edition. It works with at least 6GB of memory. Android11 with OneUI on top runs on this hardware.

If you’ve been following the stories, the S21 Fan Edition’s O-hole screen with a minimal bezel should come as no surprise. Soon to join the Samsung price list, the handset packs a a 6.4” OLED screen that delivers a Full HD resolution and refreshes at a smooth 120Hz. The hole punch is used to house a 32MP front camera.

The rear camera system is made of one 32MP wide camera, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and an 8MP telephoto lens for lossless zooming. It’s all powered by a 4500 mAh battery that supports 45W quick charging. The S21 FE follows in the footsteps of the S20 FE that offered the widest range of colors. You can pick from at least five shades — white, mint, gray, lavender, and blue.
