An eager retailer in Europe has accidentally revealed all the details about the Galaxy A57. This newcomer is supposed to launch alongside the Galaxy A37. And we can’t help but suspect they’ll both debut by the end of March. These are the details we found on the vendor listing.

The Galaxy A57 is definitely a midranger in Samsung’s ranks. There’s a super AMOLED screen here with a 120Hz refresh rate. This is a 6.6” display at FHD+ 1080p resolution. The listing didn’t expose any brightness numbers. But it should be consistent with last year’s Galaxy A56.
The software side is covered by One UI 8.5. That’s a custom skin layer over the Android 16. The latest Samsung A model is built around an Exynos 1680 SoC, which is a 2.91 GHz platform. It isn’t exactly a flagship chip, but it’s as close as you get. The listing also confirmed the bad news.

Galaxy A57 still carries 6GB RAM at the base price and only 128GB storage. Samsung will push you up the price ladder for the better 8/256GB or 12/256GB options, and they won’t come cheap. No major upgrades are expected this year.
This newcomer still has a 5,000 mAh battery for backup. The charging speed is also capped at 45W, so nothing has changed there either. If there is an endurance upgrade, it will be because of software optimization and hardware efficiency.

There were rumors that the Galaxy A57 would increase ultrawide resolution this year, but the listing confirmed no such details. It has the same old 12MP unit for wide photos with a 50MP main camera next to it. A 5MP macro sensor is also part of the setup.
The selfie camera will bear a 12MP sensor, hidden in a very small cutout. There’s nothing different about the phone’s design either. Galaxy A57 grabs a new Flexible AMOLED. That will help reduce bezel thickness. The official teaser spree will begin soon. We'll share more details with you in future posts. Keep watching the news for updates.
