The Galaxy A52s continues to make headlines — from product certifications to official support pages. And the upcoming launch nears, the entire specification sheet for the Galaxy A52s has leaked online. This latest edition of the Samsung Galaxy A52 is not an original phone but a mild refresh with a new chip.

The detailed report comes from Roland Quandt of the WinFuture publication. Mr. Quant notes that the Samsung Galaxy A52s rocks the brand-new Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G instead of the Snapdragon 750G found inside the original A52. The new mobile platform offers 5G connectivity; a 15% boost in single-core, and a 35% bump in multi-core performance.

Samsung Galaxy A52s is offered in only two storage variants, according to Winfuture.de: 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. European markets will be limited to the 128GB edition, but the rest of the world gets both options. The other specs are brought over wholesale from the Galaxy A52.

A 4500 mAh battery, supporting 25W quick-charging, powers the Galaxy A52s. The latest OneUI 3.1, built on Android 11, runs on the device out of the box. Samsung has also secured an IP67 resistance rating against dust and water for the A52s.

Above the hood, we’re looking at a 6.5” SuperAMOLED screen with an O-hole punched through its center. The panel of the Samsung new model phone 2021 delivers a 1080P resolution, presumably at a 120Hz refresh rate. Embedded inside the screen are a 32MP front camera and an in-display fingerprint scanner. The camera system is made of 64MP wide, 12MP ultrawide, and two 5MP macro and portrait lenses.

The color palette maintains the ongoing trend of washed-out, pastel finishes. Samsung Galaxy A52s is available in Awesome Mint, Awesome Purple, Awesome Black, and Awesome White shades. The debut is slated for August, and it’s expected to start from €449 (~ Rs. 86,600.)
