Samsung Galaxy A52 Now Receiving July 2023 Update to Bolster Device Security

The Samsung Galaxy A52 and Samsung Galaxy A52 5G are zooming into action with a turbocharged security update for July 2023. Across multiple continents, including Asia, Europe, and Latin America, these two-year-old handsets are now receiving a boost to their firmware security.


In most Asian and European countries, the Galaxy A52 is flaunting its new firmware version A525FXXS6DWG1, while its 5G sibling, the Galaxy A52 5G, struts confidently in Brazil with the firmware version A526BXXS4EWG3. More Latin American countries eagerly await their turn to join the race, expectedly in a few days.

As for our beloved Pakistani folks using Galaxy A52 devices, the new firmware will soon reach your devices, upon which you will get an alert to start the update process. In case you miss the notification, simply navigate to Settings » Software update, tap "Download and install," or “Check for Updates” button.

    

As for the update features for the Samsung new flagship model, you can expect July 2023 security patch to include solutions for over 90+ security flaws, so your Galaxy A52 and A52 5G devices remain impenetrable. While it lacks necessary performance enhancements, it helps safeguard all your files and digital contents.


Adding further to the news, we hear rumors about Android 14, paving its way to all the eligible Galaxy A series devices later this year. Galaxy A52 came with a promise of three major Android OS updates.
