Samsung has commenced the rollout of its OneUI 6 x Android 14 update for the Galaxy A52 in various regions across Asia and Europe. Alongside the operating system upgrade, users will benefit from the latest iteration of Samsung's user interface, One UI 6.0, and Google’s security patch.

This update marks the final OS release for the Galaxy A52 as it transitions to receiving only security patches in the future. The Android 14 update, currently available in countries such as Germany, Australia, and the UAE, brings the device up to speed with the latest software advancements.

According to reports from SamMobile, the Android 14 update for the Galaxy A52 includes only the January 2024 security patch despite its release in March. The update weighs approximately 1.2GB in Europe, with variations in size expected across different regions.

The Android 14 update for the Samsung Galaxy A52 is beginning rounds in several countries across Asia, Europe, and Oceania. Among other countries, Pakistan is also on the waitlist to receive the official OTA. Users nationwide should eye the latest software in the new 4G Samsung mobile’s settings, soon to reach Galaxy A52 devices.

The Galaxy A52 originally debuted with Android 11 in March 2021, followed by Android 12 and Android 13 updates in subsequent years. With the arrival of Android 14, the device has completed its three-generation OS upgrade cycle, in line with Samsung's policy.

The Galaxy A52 features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G chipset, a vibrant 6.5-inch FHD+ 90Hz Super AMOLED display, a versatile 64MP primary camera, and a 32MP selfie camera. Additionally, it boasts an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance, a 4,500mAh battery, and supports 25W fast charging.

The Galaxy A52 transitions to its final stage of software support. However, users can expect continued security updates for one more year, ensuring a secure and reliable user experience before it drops out of the loop.
